The introduction ceremony I observed in the CSC, where the delegates were getting to know one another, reminded me of a lively beehive buzzing with excitement. All participants were required to take part in a speed-dating activity designed to foster familiarity and build a sense of community among the students. A timer was set for two minutes, during which pairs of delegates, newly matched each round, engaged in conversation. Although chaotic, the process seemed fun, and everyone appeared happy to participate.
It was a delight to see extraordinarily tall delegates practically bending in half in an attempt to hear their fun-sized (no offense) counterparts over the astonishing noise of the game.
