80. Birthday of the United Nations
Did you know? This year, the United Nations turns 80 years old!
Since its founding in 1945, it has been a central forum for dialogue, peace, and international cooperation. At MUNOG, where we simulate the UN’s work, we want to honor this anniversary and reflect on the UN’s achievements and challenges. Eight decades of multilateralism remind us why global problems require global solutions – a principle that continues to guide both the UN and MUNOG.
Let us carry this spirit forward and shape the next decades with courage, cooperation, and responsibility.
